1. Web Developer
THE WORK -- KEY ESSENTIALS:
- To develop and administer on a day-to-day basis the company websites, Ensuring that the sites meet accessibility and search facility standards.
- To manage the development and training of the Content Management systems (CMS).
- To continually design, develop and evolve the company web technologies to keep it commercially competitive.
- To continually evolve the web technologies and ensure they meet requirements on accessibility (W3C standards) Responsible for integrating the company database with the website.
- To develop web page infrastructure and application related to pages with more advanced graphics and features.
- To assist the Web Development team in the planning of overall company strategy regarding web development and search engine optimisation.
- To monitor web server and site technical performance.
- To provide training to users on the use of the CMS
Requirements:
IDEAL BACKGROUNDS -- MUST HAVES:
- Relevant Web Development experience (ASP, PHP or ASP.Net) Proven HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience.
- Strong database knowledge specifically Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation techniques preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience working for high growth sales companies
- Knowledge in digital imaging using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash would be an added advantage
- Lives within thane district and is able to travel as required
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation (All interested candidates must be willing to work rotating shifts (day/night) as well as weekends. Support Technicians are also required to be reachable on mobile for communication, information, emergency, and on-call situations.)
- Bachelors degree in computer science or MIS

2. Sr IT Support Executive
THE WORK -- KEY ESSENTIALS:
- Installs Operating System releases and system upgrades for Windows 2003 / 2008, Evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems
- Monitors Infrastructure and Co-Location hardware and software to ensure a high level of data integrity and availability.
- Performs server evaluation and optimization on a regular basis
- Surveys performance needs and goals of LAN/WAN users
- Internet/Intranet connectivity and continuity
- Manages all administrative aspects of corporate and customer desktop support
- Maintains documentation of the physical and logical network
- Maintains Corporate and Virtual Servers, including those located offsite
- Maintains accurate inventory of data Center assets
- Participates in departmental on-call rotation
- Maintains Co-Location facility, as needed
- Provide remote support over chat, phone and email
- System administration tasks (user administration, back-ups, etc.)

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance and enhancement of technical knowledge
- Daily maintenance and problem resolution on the LAN/WAN environment

- Participation in the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Processes as related to job functions.

Requirements:
IDEAL BACKGROUNDS and Skills-- MUST HAVES:
- Comfortable with most aspects of Windows2003 / 2008 systems administration; for example, command line parameters, configuration of web services, system installation and configuration, fundamentals of security, installing third-party software
- Must have an extensive knowledge of computer components, computer system builds and configuration and component and software compatibility.
- Practical experience installing and configuring network firewalls and switches
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in Information
- Technology and ability to establish guidelines
- Expert experience implementing and administration common TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SFTP, SSH, SMTP, etc.
- At least has additional basic knowledge and experience on any of the following vendor-specific and standard technologies: Microsoft SQLserver, MySQL, Apache/Postfix, TomCat, Dell DRAC management,

Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the follow hardware platforms (e.g. Dell, HP) is a plus.
- Experience in data center management and installation
- Experience with network monitoring tools (Managed Engine, Solarwinds etc.)
- Experience with Cisco ASA firewalls / Switches (Experience with CCNA and/or Network+ certifications is a significant plus)
- Previous experience working in a Data Center environment (racking & stacking gear, cable management).
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to Demonstrated Leadership in driving small and medium-scale projects
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

3. Sales and Marketing
BACKGROUND WORK OF THIS HIRE -- PRIOR TO ACTUAL SELLING:

Conduct extensive client research for your assigned accounts
- Develop/build and or bring prospect of targeted contacts
- Understand your assigned accounts’ e-commerce business structure, how they are supported, and how they are organized to include how their current layout, content and creative components on their websites compare with what we can bring to them
- Gather prospective client requirements and coordinate all communications, meetings and negotiations
THE WORK -- KEY ESSENTIALS:
- Prospect (cold calls, email campaigns, social, business and referral networking), qualify, and engage accounts in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey
- Create/build new sales prospect pipeline and manage that pipeline full life cycle to success to include face to face meetings, visit to our corporate facility, and development of RFPs/Proposals
- Meet/engage decision makers (heads of business development, management) gather requirements and market our service offerings.
- Conduct WebEx presentations that generate next step visits to our facility where our full suite of resources is presented
- Craft solutions leveraging our capabilities that map to client directional needs
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meets quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
- Maintain accurate and timely contact, prospecting, and sales data through use of corporate CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Build/Manage your pipeline, close business and build long term relationships
